If you're on the fence about joining, the best thing you can do is come in during an open-gym session and walk the floor. No sales pitch, no guided tour with a clipboard — just an honest look at the space, the gear, and the people training. We're located at 4820 N 16th Street in Phoenix, easy to reach from Camelback Road, with street parking on both sides and a small dedicated lot behind the building. For class bookings and schedule questions, the member app is the fastest route — but for anything about membership tiers, trial weeks, or personal training options, a direct conversation with a coach will always give you a better answer than a FAQ page.

For group classes, advance booking is required — sessions cap at sixteen and popular morning slots fill up two to three days ahead. For open-gym access, you can walk in any time during operating hours without a reservation. If you're on a free trial, just bring a photo ID on your first visit and we'll set you up at the desk.
Training shoes, a water bottle, and a willingness to introduce yourself to one new person. We provide towels, chalk, lifting belts on request, and resistance bands. You don't need to bring your own barbell accessories unless you have a personal preference — we keep the floor stocked.
Yes. Several of our coaches hold corrective exercise or sports rehabilitation certifications, and we have a documented protocol for onboarding members who are returning from surgery, stress fractures, or chronic injuries. Book a 30-minute intro session with a coach before your first class — it makes a meaningful difference in how your program is structured.
We do. Companies with five or more employees joining receive a 15% discount on Community and All-Access plans, plus priority booking on Team Training sessions. Invoicing can be handled monthly per employee or as a single flat corporate account.
