No Tricks, No Lock-In

Most gym memberships are designed around cancellation friction, not member success. At The Collective, we've built our tiers around genuine value at each level. Our Essentials plan gives you full open-gym access with no time restrictions during operating hours — perfect for self-directed trainers who want reliable equipment and a great floor. Our Community plan adds unlimited class access and one monthly coaching check-in, which is where most members find their rhythm. Our All-Access plan includes unlimited classes, two personal training sessions per month, and a quarterly performance review with a head coach. Every plan is month-to-month, with no enrollment fee for members who join before the 15th of any month. We believe the only thing keeping you here should be the results and the people — not a clause in a contract.

Choose All-Access

“I started on Essentials just to test the floor, and inside three weeks I'd upgraded to Community. The classes are actually hard in the right way — structured, purposeful, never just random burpees. My coach Leandra remembered my shoulder history from day two and programmed around it without me having to ask again.”

Membership Questions, Answered

Is there a sign-up or enrollment fee?

No enrollment fee for members who join before the 15th of any calendar month. After the 15th, a one-time $25 setup fee applies to cover your member card and initial onboarding session. We don't believe in burying fees — everything is disclosed upfront when you sign.

Can I try before committing to a plan?

Yes. Every prospective member can claim a free one-week trial on the Community tier, which includes unlimited classes and open-gym access. No credit card is required to start the trial. After seven days you decide — upgrade, downgrade, or walk away with no obligation.

How does cancellation work?

All plans are month-to-month. To cancel, email us or submit the online form at least five business days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation penalties, no buyout clauses, and no begging phone calls. If you cancel in good standing, your member card can be reactivated within 12 months without the onboarding fee.

Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

Yes. Essentials and Community plans include a pause option of up to 30 days per year — useful for travel, injury recovery, or seasonal changes. All-Access members may pause up to 45 days annually. Submit the pause request at least five business days before your billing date.

Are personal training sessions transferable between months?

All-Access sessions that are unused in a given calendar month roll forward once — meaning you can bank them for a single month but not accumulate them indefinitely. This keeps the coaching relationship active and prevents sessions from going stale. Rollovers reset on the first of each month.
