We opened in 2018 with one straightforward idea — that a gym grounded in genuine community would produce better results than any app, algorithm, or motivational slogan. Four years later, our members average more than three visits per week, and our retention numbers are well above the Phoenix market average. We invested in commercial-grade racks, sleds, barbells, rowing machines, and turf lanes so that the only variable is your effort. The floor is never overcrowded, the gear is maintained weekly, and you'll never wait for the piece of equipment you actually need.
Doors open at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and we run guided classes across six time slots daily. Whether you're a pre-dawn trainer or a lunchtime regular, there's a slot that fits without rearranging your day.
